Q: FAQ. What type of surface can the train travel on? A: We can travel on just about any flat surface (asphalt, cement, gravel and grass). The surface must be firm and dry; we will not travel on muddy conditions or sand. If you live on a hilly location, please inform us to see if we can operate our train for your situation.

Q: FAQ. Can you operate the train in public parks? A: Yes, parks are an excellent place to have the train. Although, it is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there are any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance and or additional insurance.

Q: FAQ. What type of events is the train suited for? A: The Pacific Trackless Train is a wonderful addition for Birthday parties, Schools, Church and Corporate events.

Q: FAQ. Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 insurance policy.

Q: FAQ. What is your cancellation policy?
A: 100% of the rental fees are due at the time of the booking. Reservations may be cancelled or dates changed pending availability of train up to seven days before event date with no penalties, and 100% of the rental fee will be refunded. If for any reason a reservation must be changed to a different date within seven days of the original event there will be an additional fee of $100 due immediately. If for any reason a reservation is cancelled within seven days of the event, 50% of the rental fee will be returned to the customer.

Q: FAQ. When should I make a reservation?
A: We recommend booking at least 1 month before your event. We only have a select time slots available and they fill up fast.
